Terms & Conditions for Woodcarving Workshops and Knife Sales

 

• Payment must be received in full to secure your place in a workshop
• Nat Ord and and staff have the right to deny entry or remove from any class or event, a person they deem to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or behaving in a manner that poses risk to safety or enjoyment to yourself or other guests without refund.
• You must be 14 years or older to participate in a carving workshop
• You must be over 18 to purchase knives online or in person at our store or events
• If you are unable to attend a workshop you have paid for you may request that the ticket be transferred to another workshop, you may transfer it to another person (one transfer per ticket only) provided we are notified in writing more than 24hrs before the event and that the person adheres to conditions above.
• You must wear enclosed shoes and we ask that you wear long pants.
• If a workshop doesn’t run due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund or you can choose to attend another of our workshops of the same value.
