This dry bud vase is made from reclaimed oregon and treated with shou sugi ban method.
It’s commanding even though it stands 20.5cm high, 9cm wide and 4cm breadth. The bud hole is 7.5cm deep. It’s finished in 3 coats of beeswax salve and has a makers mark on the underside.

This serving board is made from 140+ year old rough-sawn Messmate timber sourced from the historic ‘Kosciusko’ building in Tumbarumba and has been handmade to preserve the character of the timber and the saw method. It has 3 coats of beeswax salve.

Hand-carved Silver Poplar dolphin spoon baked in oven to give a golden colour and finished in tung oil. Spoon measures 14cm long, 4.6cm at widest point .
Makers mark on rear of spoon handle ( see gallery).
This Silver Poplar was harvested at Maragle, NSW in the foothills of Mt Kosciuszko, hand-carved and finished by me.
