This hand-forged knife was made in the foothills of the Australian Alps at Maragle, NSW.
It’s 17cm long and 2cm blade width.
Hand-carved Silver Poplar dolphin spoon baked in oven to give a golden colour and finished in tung oil. Spoon measures 14cm long, 4.6cm at widest point .
Makers mark on rear of spoon handle ( see gallery).
This Silver Poplar was harvested at Maragle, NSW in the foothills of Mt Kosciuszko, hand-carved and finished by me.

This fire poker was hand-forged at our farm forge in Maragle, in the NSW Snowy Mountains.
It’s 90cm long and perfect for outdoor fires, or open fires especially when you can’t be arsed getting out of your seat to give the fire a poke. Finished in heat-proof black paint. Features a spiral handle and 9cm hook.
This hand-carved eating spoon was made from Banskia integrifolia (Coastal Banksia) salvaged from storm damage at Nerriga, NSW.
A beautiful deep red, it’s been burnished with deer antler and orange oil.
It measures 15cm long, and 3.6cm at widest point.
A beautiful subtle light colour wood, it’s been finished in orange oil.
It measures 22.5cm long, and 3.5cm at widest point.
