Private Spoon carving workshop Saturday 18 April 2026 Chiltern, VIC

Hey everyone! Let's celebrate Izzy's 40th with a fun half-day spoon carving workshop right here in Chiltern, VIC under the famous Grapevine. Since we're carving a beautiful cooking spoon, we're going to dive right in and learn how to use a fresh piece of greenwood.

First, you'll learn all my safe hand-carving techniques. As a result, you can create a spoon you'll actually use at home! In addition to the carving, we'll cover how to pick the best wood, learn about tools and finally, how to give your spoon a perfect oil and finish.

Don't worry about gear—I'm supplying all the carving tools, materials, and barista made coffee!

The Fine Print

• Age Check: To begin with, you must be 14 years or older to join the workshop.
• Safety First: Also, for safety, please wear enclosed shoes the whole time we're carving.
• No alcohol or drugs: We are using very sharp knives so no alcohol or drugs.
• To Run: In fact, we need at least 4 people signed up to make the workshop happen.
