Spoon carving workshop Saturday 24 January 2026 Chiltern, VIC

Hey everyone! Join me for a fun full-day spoon carving workshop right here in Chiltern, VIC. Since we're carving a beautiful cooking spoon, we're going to dive right in and learn how to use a fresh piece of greenwood.

First, you'll learn all my safe hand-carving techniques. As a result, you can create a spoon you'll actually use at home! In addition to the carving, we'll cover everything: how to pick the best wood, select and look after your tools, and finally, how to give your spoon a perfect oil and finish.

Don't worry about gear—I'm supplying all the carving tools, materials, and morning tea. Therefore, you only need to bring your own lunch or buy from local cafe and bakery!

• Age Check: To begin with, you must be 14 years or older to join the workshop.
• Safety First: Also, for safety, please wear enclosed shoes the whole time we're carving.
