This hand-carved cooking spoon is made from Claret Ash ( Fraxinus sp) which was dumped on a roadside near Woomargama.
It’s been burnished with fallow deer antler and measures 31cm long, 5.8cm at widest point.

This hand-carved eating spoon was made from Banskia integrifolia (Coastal Banksia) salvaged from storm damage at Nerriga, NSW.
A beautiful deep red, it’s been burnished with deer antler and orange oil.
It measures 15cm long, and 3.6cm at widest point.
