I’ve always had a real love for quality tinned fish—there’s something special about how traditional producers take simple, exceptional ingredients and preserve them at their peak. I’m genuinely excited to bring these onto the shelves and share them with everyone here in Chiltern.
We’ve brought in pantry staples from some of the most respected producers in Spain and Portugal, alongside exceptional extra virgin olive oils. Built around traditional methods, care, and incredible flavour, you won’t find our unique collection of things anywhere else.
