Hey everyone! Join me for a fun full-day spoon carving workshop in Lucyvale, VIC. Since we’re carving a beautiful cooking spoon, we’re going to dive right in and learn how to use a fresh piece of greenwood.
First, you’ll learn all my safe hand-carving techniques. As a result, you can create a spoon you’ll actually use at home! In addition to the carving, we’ll cover everything: how to pick the best wood, select and look after your tools, and finally, how to give your spoon a perfect oil and finish.
Don’t worry about gear—I’m supplying all the carving tools, materials, and lunch!
The Fine Print
- Age Check: To begin with, you must be 15years or older to join the workshop.
- Safety First: Also, for safety, please wear enclosed shoes the whole time we’re carving.
- Small Group: However, please note I’m keeping this group super small—we’re capped at just 10 people
This event will be delivered in partnership with our friends at the Upper Murray Landcare Network.
